Food arrived spilled in the bag. The sticky rice dish was a giant blob of hard, congealed rice along with hardly any “veggies” (clearly just a bit of previously frozen peas/carrots mix) not the veggie ingredients described on the menu. Could not eat it. It was awful. The spring roll and what was left of the spilled pho was decent.

Food is insanely good. Egg rolls were the best egg rolls I’ve ever had - they are huge, flavorful, super crunchy outside, melt in your mouth good inside, nothing like I’ve ever had before! Their pho is my favorite, 100/10 recommend the chicken pho. Cannot wrap my head around how they only have 4.4 stars. Never had any customer service issues but even if I did, could care less the food is too good to mind and at the price?!! worth it, love it, highly recommend!

The service here was extremely poor. We walked in and the guy was just sitting there on his phone, only taking our order after calling him over twice. The food was not very good either, with the chef getting our order done wrong the first time. We waited for another 15 minutes and the food finally came back. The waiter, who was probably the owner of the place, didn't even apologize and went back to sit on his phone. every time we needed him we had to call him over a couple of times. The food wasn't cheap either, considering how disgusting the food was.

Pho was very good and flavorful. Fried rice was average. Banh Mi was good with the lemongrass chicken satay(upcharge). The server was less than great and had a few of our orders wrong with deletions. Never came back to provide additional water or check on the meal. Not sure I'd go back based on other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to.
