Tried this cozy spot for the first time and not disappointed. The place is vibrant with mexican vibe and not too crowded as we went near to closing time. Had chiken chimichanga which was fried to crisp, chicken fajitas , enchilada. Hard taco cpuld have been better. Not rating 5 as the gaucamole and salsa dint seem like housemade, instead store bought. I beleive these two are the essesnce of any mexican cuisine and was expecting some freshness in the ingredients instead of storebought. The margaritas were good, overall good spot , decent service , clean rest areas, covid standards are well maintained.

Nice clean restaurant, food was better than most, my burrito was very well cooked, the chicken awesome. Very mild for spices, won't tear u up. Fair priced, will definitely visit again.

Friendly, calm atmosphere. Good food, good portions. Was a little disappointed chips and salsa were not complementary. Pictured is a build your own burrito with rice & beans.

I apologize for the mostly eaten burrito pic, I just wanted to showcase how dry it was. Maybe I just caught them on an "off" day, but this food was really dry and had no flavor or fresh ingredients.. seemed like canned/boxed rice and beans. I ordered a side of jalapenos and sour cream to help; also threw in some Tapatio sauce for some flavor! The margaritas were incredibly sour and we didn't even finish them.
All together, we ordered 3 burrito meals, a quesadilla (off of the lunch menu), two margaritas and two Jarritos sodas and it costed a hundred and ten dollars (AFTER TIP). Side note: they don't have a kids menu. Either way, food is bland and won't be going back.
I didn't say anything about the food and still tipped well, but the guy seemed annoyed when we asked for things. It was awkward.

Fresh Mex is right. All the food was fresh and hot. We enjoyed fajitas and chips with guacamole and salsa. Nice atmosphere and great service. Will be back next time I am in town.

I wanted to try Bandito's because I heard good reviews. On a business trip at Ann Arbor and discovered this restaurant. I ordered the Beef fajita and the food came out fresh. Chips were hot ! I loved it. Fajita was lacking flavors a bit. Otherwise everything tasted good. Will try it again.

I've visited the place twice; the first time, they were so kind to bring me chips and salsa while waiting for my food. The second time but(while I didn't ask) they told me that chips would be free only if I would order any kind of drink(to change my mind from the cup(glass indeed) of water)...the water tasted very bad, and it wasn't even cold.
I like the place though. Occasionally, a great place to see different Mexican costumes and have tasty food, at a not so cheap restaurant
