Basilico

We recently had diner here after a very long time and let me tell you one thing! You won't find any better authentic Italian food around Goa than here. From the ambience to the polite staff, the delicious food, the owners homemade Limoncello at the end, PERFECTION is the word!!! Everything we ate was just so good and made with the best ingredients, outstanding quality and service. As dessert we had the Pannacotta and the Tiramisu and I can't remember having a better one anywhere else in the world, not even in Italy itself🙏❤️ Can't wait to come back soon🙌

De Amour One of my favorite place in Anjuna.. It was a surprise visit to Basilica.. My friend was searching for a good place for an Italian food near anjuna.. When we reached the place it felt like home in outskirt. The ambience was overwhelming... We ordered thin crest pizza and dessert of tiramisu and vanilla cream brule.. I felt like this is how we will feel when we reach Paris.. Thank you

Dining at Basilico was one of my first experiences of exposure to truly Italian food dating way back in years 1999 to 2000, during my stay of 1.5 yrs in Anjuna while executing construction of personal residence for a client.... Was inspired by the salads and the delectable pizzas which personally never felt could be made as thin as in Basilico. The cozy seating was enhanced further by the personal touches provided by the owners.... Then due to my travels was not being able to experience the place, as unfortunately could not visit it again during their functional times. But let me mention that this quest made me inclined to try cooking the Italian dishes devoured here and always looking out from my experience had there in the past. But during my visit to Anjuna in Mid November this year was delighted that it was opening for the first time this season and corresponding to my stay. Happily told my wife Amruta about it expressing my desire to dine there with the full family.. she managed to speak with Suzzane and book the table for our dinner on 21st November 2020. Was thrilled and delighted to meet the owners and thanks to Suzzane, she relived the dinning experience had at her eatery more than 20 years back. To top up our dinning experience the graceful Suzzane offered us 2 complimentary desserts. The Panna Cotta and Creme Brulee were absolutely delectable and summed our dinner. Thank you Basilico for making our evening so special and making me travel back in time zone of 20 years back. It still stays true to its tradition and service making it the most remarkable place for families

A red house in the forest, nice atmosphere. Pasta is fresh, made a few minutes before being served, i got gnocchi and they taste exactly as home made gnocchi in Italy, recommended. Fritto misto is delicious too. It's a shame this place doesn't show up on Google maps when searching for "Italian restaurants" Super-sayan level good. Classy.

To start with. What a tiramisu. Just loved it, till now best in goa. Pasta sauce was quite nice and pizza was good well. It's outside seating with nice green environment. Would love to come here again. New 2019 review- my second visit. I am giving 4 stars because I would be happy to see if they improve on their service. I waited almost 40 mins for my food later to find out that they missed one of my order, had to wait again for my remaining food . Rest food was good
