This place is the worst Dunkin I have been to. They get my drink wrong 8/10 times. They are rude and they apparently can’t make their sandwiches right. I did order a grilled cheese and this is what I got. I don’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone.

I stop here several times each week. The service is fast. The staff is very friendly. The food is good and prices fair.

So my daughter works here and after my wife and I both tested positive for Covid me with no symptoms and my wife with symptoms the manager (Cheyenne) tried to force my daughter to come in so we called to talk to her and she got a attitude with my wife. This is not the first time the manager has tried to force my daughter to come in she tried to make her come in on her day off after having stuff planed. So I would not let my kid work at this store. My daughter worked at the Derby location and didn’t have this problem.

Pumpkin spice is back!!! Very friendly staff, doughnuts were fresh and good, Pumpkin spice latte was very good. Received my order very quick.

Worst location EVER. We go every Sunday morning and they have never gotten our order right. We always have to ask for something they forgot. We have NEVER gotten an apology for the wrong orders or mistakes they made. I'd give a minus if I could.

Ordered a sandwich and the meat was ice cold like it just came out of the freezer. Absolutely terrible experience 100% I recommend going out of your way to avoid going to dunkin

We pulled up and their open sign was on, and there was a car in front of us in the drive-through and they were waited on. When we pulled up we sat there for a couple minutes and then finally someone came on and said they closed at 1pm. It was 1pm on the dot, so they purposefully ignored us until they could say they were closed. That type of service is so irritating.
