Wendy's

First of all the address listed on google is incorrect. This location is on N. Broadway St. in North Anderson; NOT Pendleton Ave. . Every time I visit this location the wait time is long and the food is either short or inaccurate. Most recently I visited this location at around 0930 on April 15th. I was on foot so I could not access the drive thru. The dining room doors were locked. I had to call the employees inside to get in the building. I placed my order for 5 breakfast sandwiches and seasoned potatoes. Eventually I was given a bag with 4 sandwiches and cold potatoes. After checking the bag I asked for my other sandwich, which the not so pleasant rough looking young lady brought to me a few minutes later. Arriving home and unpacking the food with family we discovered 3/5 sandwiches were missing the egg that was supposed to be on them; Including the one on top that was put in after I realized it was missing. Unfortunately this was a typical visit at this location and probably why it's never very busy; while mcdonald's across the road has cars in line wrapped around the building.

Forgot my drink and shake after having me park in one of the mobile order lanes, pointed it out and shook it off as a mistake. He brought out the wrong size and wrong frosty; after I pointed it out (showing him the receipt he barely looked at), he proceeded to say I was lying and wouldn't exchange for the chocolate frosty. He did give me the large drink so an extra star was added. Will make the extra trip to go to another in town from now on.

Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes while employees outside smoking and playing on their phone. Sat there from 7:05pm till 7:50pm the. They decided to tell me computers was down. I asked why not tell us sooner while there was 13 cars in drive thru and she said they needed their break. Very rude and impolite. I want the big boss of this store to call me. Was thrying to feed my wife and pregnant daughter and son but had to drive across town to other wendys
