Wendy's

Ordered via Door Dash for my home bound mother in law. (I’m in North Carolina). Door Dash did their job correctly but this location only fulfilled two of the three items. Called the store and they said they messed up and if we wanted to come pick up the missing item it would be no problem. Explained the situation and the manager suggested I should use Door Dash website to file a complaint and get the cost of the meal waived. Essentially said I should lie to Door Dash because of their mistake! Asked if they could deliver the missing item and was told no. If you want repeat customers you should fix the problem you caused. Take responsibility for your error!!!!!!

Okay the workers were cool however, I'm just going to stop coming to THIS Wendy's here due to problems with my orders, today I have found a long brown hair in my strawberry lemonade towards the middle in side my cup, at first I didn't notice until I got to a half of cup down as I was drinking, I threw up, I'm just done with this, Out of all the Wendy's in Anderson, this Wendy's right here messed up my order multiple times and even other times in the pass My chicken sandwich dont be cooked all the way, I'm just sick of it. But thanks for trying.
