I don’t usually come by this sandwich shop but I’m glad I did. Ordered a cold turkey sandwich online. When I walked in the place was busy but the workers were very attentive and fast. My sandwich is delicious and my customization is correct. I recommend stopping here for lunch sometime!

It was the absolute worst! Didn't get my online order. Waited in long line. Had to order when I finally was in position to. When I got there they said the bread I needed wasn't thawed out. Worst experience ever. Would rather gave o one way ticket to Baghdad then go back in that hole.

Refused to replace a delivery sandwich they admitted to messing up. Overpriced to begin with before the grubhub fee. Better, less expensive options that will make the customer whole after a mistake.

Jersey Mike's gives this Jersey Boy a taste of home while living in Louisville, KY. The ingredients are consistently fresh and delicious! Go with the Original Italian and have them fix it up Mike's Way!

I would give them negative star if I cud. It has nothing to do with the food but I order online and went to get it, it was not even started, they told me they are backed up. While people can come in order and get their food right way. I don't see a point why they have online service if u have to wait 20 mins to get ur order.

Just ordered from this location through GrubHub for the second time. And for the second time they left out some chips. When I called the establishment, the response that I received was, "Uh, I don't know why, contact Grub hub." The bag was sealed so it wasn't GrubHub's fault. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. Obviously there is poor management at this location.
