Ihop

Although the gentleman that sat us was very nice and funny, and the server/waitress was nice, the food was disappointing. They hardly put any hash browns on the plate, instead of the 2 eggs I only got 1 (I asked for another egg, and it was the same amount as what they gave me on the plate). There was food and trash on the floor. I felt more grossed out then anything after that. But hey, the pancakes were good!

I usually order the usual order for my morning, the Strawberry and banana french toast, but this morning, the order didn't look any bit of appetizing. The strawberries came more watery instead of the usual syrup, the bananas were more old and wilted, and no butter was included with it. Had me disappointed when I reached home. Update: They seem to have stepped their game up, It might have been a bad day for the cook or something. The days I've ordered in the future have been very good.

Updated-2019 I took a break from this store for few months then came back outta convenience one time (July time) and I remembered why I used to come here all the time. The evening manager/waiter dint recall his name but he has the ponytail, he the most polite, fast, courteous, and accurate waiter Ive had in a long time. He continues to check in on you and see if you need anything. I always eat the same thing I’m a creature of habit so I can say I fully recommend you getting the Breakfast Sampler! Its my fav. And Ive turned a few people so far, to come to the dark side and they get the Sampler every time now. I will say a Good manager makes the whole experience dining there completely different. I have continued to come back since the summer and I will as long as they keep up with great service. In fact I’m going to eat here in next 15mins! 2018- I enjoy Ihop at most places this 1 has great food so i come back. But i honestly dont care for the customer service lately at this place. I once rated this place a 5star but due to the same waiter (with the weird eyebrows) he has missed up our order, drinks, very slow service, not refilling drinks, items missing and he is always confused/lost.
