I recently had an incredible visit to Starbucks, all thanks to an exceptional employee named Rhoma. From the moment my friend and I arrived at the drive-thru, Rhoma's welcoming demeanor and sense of humor made us feel right at home. Rhoma's friendly and warm personality truly stood out during our visit. Not only did she provide prompt and efficient service, but she also went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Her positive energy and genuine enthusiasm made our day brighter and added an extra touch of enjoyment to our coffee run. It's worth noting that I have visited various Starbucks locations in the past, but this particular experience with Rhoma stood out as unparalleled. Her exceptional service skills truly set her apart, making my visit a standout moment. Her dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience was evident, and she certainly left a lasting impression! The guy working Wednesday night at 9 PM just made me the most amazing caramel ribbon frappe I’ve ever had. Thank you! I buy this drink every day and it’s interesting to see the difference in the way each worker makes it. This is hands down the number one best. So good I had to stop driving & park to write this review right now 😂
