Dunkin'

They have a tendency to get my orders wrong but have always amended any mistakes, I have a dairy allergy and that's the only reason I've taken a star off my rating due to my drink being made with whole milk 2 times. Other then that the staff is pleasant and quick. Update : bad avacado toast....usually it's good but today it was off.

The best service I've gotten at a Dunkin', by a lot. Listen, I go to Dunkin' a lot. I make my own artisanal coffee at home, but I often stop by Dunkin' when I need some blue-collar mud-water to pick me up. The coffee is a bit acidic, and infrequently, my order is messed up. But it's predictable, and I like that. I wager I've been to at least one hundred different Dunkin' locations throughout my life. And this location seems to have the best service I've seen at any. Not that the service at other locations is bad; it's good overall. But here, the team members here are positive, quick, and caring. The difference in service is noticeable. I was greeted upon entry (mind you it was late, so they weren't swamped with a kajillion orders. Your mileage may vary). The team member taking my order confirmed with me what I wanted, and with a genuine smile on their face. I felt truly taken care of at this location. My order was processed in record time. The establishment was clean (restroom too). Just the ordinary transaction of buying a coffee had me leaving the location with a smile. Next time I find myself in the area, I may just stop by to confirm my visit was not a fluke. But even if it was, the experience I had here left such an impact on me that I had to track down the location and leave it a glowing review. The service here is that good.
