Panda Express

The walnut shrimp is one of our favorite dishes! Also the cream cheese wontons. Panda has all the greasy goodness of Chinese food but it’s faster and easier to get on the go. Definitely always get what we expect here. I’ve heard good things about how well they pay. The staff is pretty quick and helpful. I would say the one in in Ammon is better than the one by the freeway for sure. The food is always hot and they are more attentive on this side of town.

This is the third time I've been here recently and I always get the same thing, fried rice with orange chicken. They always give me chow mein, at which is nasty and disgusting. I've called and they always refuse to fix the order mess up. Most definitely will not be returning. This is gross and not a way I'd want my business ran.

Second star is for the guy who kept his cool on the phone with me. I called to see if their chicken came pre-cooked due to my vegetables being raw.(it doesn’t) Chicken is pink in the middle “If it’s pink don’t eat it.” I guess I won’t eat it, thank you so much for the waste of time. If y’all checked your reviews you’d also see 2 weeks ago there was undercooked food served. “But at least I am not old, pregnant or have pre existing conditions.” If you are making food every 30 minutes, especially using raw meat maybe check your temps more than every 2 hours. Don’t worry I took the pictures like they asked, just didn’t drive 20 minutes to get to the store that closed in 12.

Disgusting food! I am a frequent customer at the other Idaho falls location. At least once a week. I tried this location about two weeks ago the meat which I always order was so gross literally tasted like sweaty dirty socks. (Literally made me gag after putting it on my mouth) I’m not sure what happen to it that day. Then today since I work close I decided to give it another try. Let me just say never again. The food tasted fine but now I am sick and nauseous. I felt completely fine before consuming this food. This location should be shut down putting a horrible name out there for Panda Express!

Well the food was decent however after ordering the staff failed to give us our drink, sauces or napkins and they had very little sides left even tho there was an hour and 20 minutes till they closed... not sure what's going on with the management staff at this location but good God...panda with out rice wth?

We have been to this location on several occasions and have never had a bad experience here. Food has always been fresh and warm. Even when we do it through Doordash. They have been quick, service always friendly, and have always managed to be satisfied after every meal. Would highly recommend this Panda location

Absolutely HORRIBLE food and customer service. I ordered thru the drive thru. When I got home (1 minute away)the fried rice was hard as a rock. The orange chicken was dry as a bone and the sesame chicken was pungent. I called and was told that they would give me free coupons if I brought it back in. I did and the girl at the counter argued with me that," I did not speak to their manager as he wasn't in and I would need to go get my phone to show them who I called." I did that and was told that," I spoke to the manager at the other store and they would be willing to give me another batch (of the horrible food I just got) and a 20% off coupon but they do not give refunds." I have been a loyal customer since they opened and I will never eat there again. I would NOThave even given a star if it weren't necessary to leave a review.
