Taco Bell

If I didn’t have to give any stars, this place would get NONE!!! Ordered a #6, instead of 2 chicken chalupas supremes I substituted the chicken for beef. It also comes with a crunchy beef taco. 🙄 First off, they in fact gave me chicken chalupas, and this beef taco lmao!!! Did they run out of beef? I showed this to a friend and they said coke lines come thicker than that!! 🤣😂 Such a disappointment!

This lady was very rude and obnoxious. I ordered a taco without sour cream. The order came back with sour cream. I asked can they replace it with a taco that has no sour cream. They gave me another one and it had sour cream on it🤦. I went back to tell them and she slammed the window in my face. I then went In the store to ask her name to report her to corporate. She told me she wasn't giving me her name and then she called the police. The police obviously didn't do anything because I wasn't wrong for anything I did. She has horrible customer service! How hard is it to make a taco with no sour cream? A mistake I understand, but the second one🤦

I won't blame the staff for being short handed so that to dine in I had to use the Kiosk, but another customer came in and ruined mine and my husband's meal. He was rude, swearing and came up behind our table shoving and banging chairs around as though we sat in his area. Staff were too busy to notice. Also, while most of my food was as expected my Mexican pizza shell tasted greasy. We only eat fast food a couple times a year, i guess this is why. Kudos to the few staff who we're running an entire restaurant as well as they did.

Was an absolutely awful experience. Their credit card machine was not working but they could not be bothered to put out a sign. We ordered at kiosk and waited 15 minutes for order. We finally asked what was happening and the said could not take cards. We left and noticed they still charged card and went back. Still no sign up. Showed manager that we were charged and she said that charges won't go thru. Asked her to put up sign so this wouldn't happen again to someone else. She got rudely said she doesn't have time to put up sign. Wow..

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered a nacho fry box and a cravings box. They never told me my total just to pull up to the window. The total was wrong and I was only rang up for one box so I figured a simple fix the lady taking my order maybe didn’t hear me. The employee I’ve seen others complaining about in the reviews continues to argue with me and lie about the whole encounter saying she can’t add anything or make a new order because there’s a line behind me and the computer won’t let them. She then waves the incorrect food at me asking if I’m going to pay for it or not. No lady I’m not paying for the incorrect order. Terrible customer service and so rude I don’t know why Taco Bell hasn’t fired her yet!
