Panera Bread

The managers are so rude. Not only to customers but their own employees. In the middle of a lunch rush, one of (I'm assuming) shift managers decided to lecture the girl making drinks in front of everyone after not giving the girl clear instructions. The food is great, however I know its glorified fast food and close to impossible to mess up the order. Somehow my food orders are STILL wrong and drinks are always amazing but ironically, the girl making drinks is the one getting lectured in front of customers. Quite ironic.

When we first arrived all employees were on there phones and flipping each other off. We ordered two bowls of mac and cheese. Both bowls were half hot and half cold, the bread was not steamed either. When we went up to the counter to ask them to warm it up, there was a women who had been waiting 10 minutes already just for someone to take her order. Me and my friend had waiting with the women for another 5-10 minutes until someone came out to take our order. When we received the second bowls there was multiple pieces of hair in one bowl. None of the employees were wearing hair-nets. Very bad customer service. Disappointed.

the food is good. the one staff was pretty rude, angry behind the counter and obviously frustrated. I feel had because i know how stressed everyone is with the shortage of workers but if you cant remain polite to a paying and kind customer maybe this isnt the job for you. over all they manage to be as quick as they can hr and the food is goodm

It's not the fault of the staff that the culinary offerings for Panera just aren't that good. They do however have control over the mildew smelling rags they use for wiping the tables. The customer service is "meh" and the prices aren't great for what you get. Eating there 2x was enough to convince me to eat at the gas station across the street in a pinch.

Ordered a frozen cold brew, as always, and this time it was literally a chunk of slushy ice and a little coffee sitting in the bottom. Literally separated. Tried to wait for it to melt and the drink was still garbage. I don't know why they even bothered adding the whip cream and chocolate on top - they didn't help. Waste of $5+.

Slow service, order was incorrect, charged for someone else's order, other customers threw up their hands and walked out. I am sorry I didn't do the same. They burned the chicken for my order the first time. I needed to have a snippy manager called to the front to resolve my order. I waited a total of 30 minutes for my take-out order...never again!
