Pizza Hut

Bad customer service. Had to repeat my order 4 times for the woman to finally get it right smh...then added roasted spinach for $1.49 and only had like 3 pieces of small spinach. Then when the food was done they never put it in a bag for us. The phone was ringing and the very loud woman in the dining area was sweeping and yelled she would go get it. Needless to say the phone rang about another minute before she even went to answer it. Pizza is good though.

We ordered last night and picked up our order in 25 minutes. The pizza (see picture below) appears to be leftovers from 4 different pizzas. It was warm and soggy. I don't think it was Pan Pizza, nor was it how we ordered it. The marinara sauce that came with a Pzone was almost water-like in consistency/vicosity. The second pizza wasn't much better (hardly any cheese or sauce). We tossed the wings too, based on the rest of the food. E-mailed them last night. Tweeted at them last night. Called their 800# for "immediate response" now (10:15am on a Sat) and they don't open til 1pm Central Time. Okay, I get it... you clearly do NOT want our business or our feedback.

Staff will rip you off. I ordered the same pizza many times and paid nearly half the price last time because i looked up the special on website. They purposely did not tell me the same discount could have applied earlier and kept charging me way more because i did not know. they were SOO generous to provide "free" dipping sauce each time and when i got the real price i had to pay for a cup of pizza sauce. How stingy and cunning.

I have been coming here for years. The food is always hot even if I get delivery. Occasionally something takes a little longer than usual but that is not the norm. The staff has always been attentive. Overall I have been more pleased with the service at this pizza Hut than a very popular pizza joint down the street. If you want bad service read my other reviews and hear over there.

If there was a negative star I would give it. Went in on national pizza day for their $5 cheese pizza special. I expected to wait longer than usual as they were busy so that didn't bother me. The pizza was HORRIBLE!!! Hardly any sauce or cheese. There were large BARE spots on the pizza that had no sauce or cheese. It was like eating a warm piece of bread. And the kicker is that I ordered extra sauce! Tip to the manager: don't skimp on the toppings when there is a special. You might turn off new customers...

Great little Pizza Hut! Waitress was a sweetheart. Buffet does not have a salad bar, but is cheaper. They do a fantastic job of keeping it full and even asked us if there was something we would like put up there! I will definitely be returning. I haven't had Pizza Hit in a long time because the last few times I was a bit disappointed, but this is the location to go to!
