I took my wife and three kids in to Lens Crafters located in Maple Ridge Centre, we were all due for eye exams. We had the best experience ever. Marcy, the Assistant Manager was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I would qualify this experience as the “The Best” quality of service, product knowledge, clean environment and the largest selection of frames. In my opinion as a consumer I would highly recommend this location for your eye care needs. The manager “Jason” has set the bar so high all the while his “Teams” executes exceptional service for consumers. Thank you Jason, Marcy and team for a great experience !

I can't say enough about how great my experience at LensCrafters was. I showed up just before my exam appointment and got me right in to see the doctor, who was extremely pleasant and professional and explained exactly what she was doing each step of the way. Kathy F. was wonderful helping find just the right glasses and sunglasses for me despite the need for me to try on at least 20 pairs of each. And when I picked them up yesterday Tony T was extremely patient with me making sure I was happy how the glasses fit. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Love this LensCrafters!! I’ve always been bad with my glasses and have been here 3x in a year. Came here a for a broken a pair of glasses one morning with no appointment and they had them repaired the same day! The optician who helped me, Karen, was so friendly and professional, best customer service!! Always have such a pleasant visit and they keep the store very nice and clean.

Dr. Brittney Gewolb was awesome and very thorough! its been a wile since I had an updated contact prescription and she was able to fit me with a new brand that I actually liked! she also did a good job reassuring me there was nothing wrong with my retinas since I originally came there to make sure I didn't have any thing to be concerned with. I will continue being a patient of LensCrafters as long you guys have good Doctors like her working there!

I had mix expectations as always going into chain stores but was blown away by the great service at this LensCrafters. It was a busy afternoon in the store but joe was able to get help me right when I came to the counter, than after picking out my pair of glasses he got me quickly set up to process my order & receive my glasses good to go in a hour! Totally worth it.

The eye exam isn't accurate. I had been going there for years until I went to a real opthological doctor. I was diagnosed with Fuch's dystrophy which is a hereditary condition. I have appently had it my entire life. I now have to have two surgeries in both eyes because my corneas are dying. Thank you for the heads-up lenscrafters. I will be taking my business to professionals. Everyone who reads this, please don't take your sight for granted.
