Panera Bread

We ordered online for curbside pickup. Got there and no designated curbside spaces. We drove to the order window and were told they couldn’t take care of us. We had to park anywhere and call. Problem is we had called earlier and after it rang about thirty times, it disconnects. Tried parking in front at 3pm ( not a busy time) and called. Same thing, rang about thirty times so I went in. Every employee was standing around talking. No sense of service. We have been to other Paneras and they are MUCH better in every way. Not the first issue with this location! I’d advise you to visit another branch.

Never again will I get food from Panera! The pictures below show you what I ordered vs what I got. It’s an embarrassment to serve something like they did. I paid $12 for this. Unbelievable. I also ordered the turkey bacon sandwich which was a sandwich with turkey, cheese, lettuce. They must have been out of bacon that day. People are getting ripped off. Just close down if you can’t guarantee what you have on your menu. I’d give them a zero if I could. And this has nothing to do with the pandemic. This Panera has been like this for years. The only thing guaranteed not to be messed up is the macaroni and cheese. Horrible food! I ended up feeding the chicken to my dog. No one needs to risk food poisoning from the looks of that chicken.
