i was not prepared but the barista was friendly patient and understanding, I ask for large coffee and the barista asked me if wanted hot or cold and I froze because I didn't have an answer I didn't know what I wanted, but she was great and made me feel less embarrassed and dumb then i actually was, thank you <3

I was at the University Drive Dunkin the other day and they were very short staffed. Only 2 girls working when I usually see at least 4 staff on. They had a long line of drive thru customers and walk ins like me. The girls remained super friendly and kept their cool. Kudos to them but not the best rosters of staff.

Awesome workers, the manager is very polite and respectful she knows my order by heart and I love the fact that she always has a smile on her face. My favorite dunkin store so far.

Honestly the quality here is way better than any other dunkin in the area. I drive an extra few minutes every morning past two others for this store. The donuts are always in spectacular shape thanks to Greyson. Not a single compliant about the service besides how understaffed it can get when its busy. I've gone in there when there were only two people, with lines at drive through and in the lobby, but I left (eventually) with my coffee hot and make correctly. And for that I'm gonna have to give it 4 stars.

Always perfect service any time of day. The only issue is it can be busy during the school year, but what else would you with a bunch of college kids around the corner. Anyone not giving a perfect review is probably just an entitled brat who maybe shouldn't be drinking Dunkin coffee or eating their food at all because it's clearly not to their taste. I've never had an issue no matter who's served me
