Sips

This place can be fun when it's busy, but otherwise don't waste your time. The bathrooms were underwater on a couple visits, the drinks were generally poorly made, and service is hit or miss, especially if you're a male. For some reason all the bartenders there think a vodka/tonic requires lime juice. Ew.

Typical college bar. Go for Sips'o'clock at 11:30 for free Dirty Shirleys. It does seem cleaner than in the past. Pro-tip, Sips and Paddy's are connected by stairs in the back. If there is a line for one, use the other line and switch in the back. There is a dance floor with live DJs, pool, and skee ball. Drinks are bottom barrel, but it can back a fun place sometimes.

WORST BAR EVER. WE CAME FROM DES MOINES AND WENT TO THIS BAR. JUST TO HAVE A GOOD TIME , AND JUST WALKING AROUND IN THE BAR AND WE WALKED INTO A DOOR (thinking it would lead to a outside patio) THERE WAS NO SIGN ON THE DOOR OR ANYTHING AND THE SEC WE HIT THE AIR THE SECURITY CAME OUT AND MADE US COME BACK IN AND AS WE ARE COMING IN THEY ARE ASKING US QUESTIONS AND I GUESS WE TOOK TO LONG TO ANSWER BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY FRIENDS BEER OUT OF HER HAND AND TOLD US NEVER MIND GET OUT AND KICKED US OUT. AFTER BEING KICKED OUT OUR FRIEND WENT UP TO THE DOORS TO SEE LIKE WHY THAT HAPPENED AND THEY TOLD HIM NO, GO AWAY YOUR KICKED OUT, LIKE WHAT????????? NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY AND IT WAS RIDICULOUS HOW WE GOT TREATED AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND I HOPE THE OWNERS AND WORKS ARENT HAPPY HOW THEY RUN THIS PLACE!!!!!!
