*They squared things to an acceptable level, but I won’t be ordering again anytime soon. The issues still remain. Either way, kuddos for refunding me. Bumped rating to 4* for not just blowing me off. In store is still fantastic as always! *Quick edit: Just noticed my order is estimated at 211 minutes…. Almost 4hrs. Can’t call to cancel. Pending hold for almost $40 ensures I’m not ordering elsewhere. Fan-friggin-tastic! Every time I order from here…during delivery hours they have to be taking their phones off the hook which is absolutely BS. 4 orders in as many months and I’ve NEVER been able to get a fix on an order that the app fails to properly allow customization for. Spam called for the past 25 mins to a busy signal. What a joke. This time I’m gonna refuse delivery or request a refund as it’s not ok.

Likely won't be ordering pizza from this Casey's EVER again. This is the THIRD time I have had a delivery take 2x the amount of time I was told it would take. I am one of the most forgiving people when it comes to delivery, because I know that it's not a job that is perfect, but this is the third time in a row and I'm done. On this particular time as well, my pizza was not even in a warming bag, so it was even colder when I received it. I don't order pizza so that I can eat it cold. Looks like I'll be switching to Dominos or Papa Johns, as I know there service is much better.
