Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza and two salads online. We had to pay upfront (credit card). They delivered WITHOUT the salads and would not refund us for the price of salads which we did not get even after tipping. Do not recommend ordering from this location. Update: The order was 37.07$ but since complaining, they charged our credit card 44$ and we still have not been refunded.

Order never ready on time, this is not the first time this has happened. Estimated pickup time 8:25 to 8:35 pm, arrived at 8:25 pm pizza not ready. Didn’t start baking until 8:45 pm. Finally got the order at 8:50 pm, arrived home to see bread sticks burnt and pizza not backed properly. All I got was an excuse that they were shoe staffed. Hire more people or provide accurate delivery window. I shouldn’t have paid for that order, nor ordering from them anymore….

I placed a order for boneless chicken through the app. I walked into the store about 5min later. There was no one to be found. I seen my boneless chicken coming out of the oven and almost fall on the floor hanging on for dear life at the edge of the oven conveyer belt. I was like wow still nobody came to check to see what was going on. I thought about going back there to get it off the oven before it fell because I didn't wanna see it fall on the floor. So I waited about 10min and still nobody ever came out to take care of me. I couldn't wait any longer because I had to get back to work. What a shame. This store needs better management. I could've walked out with the boneless chicken without paying an there wasn't anyone there to stop me. That's a problem...smh
