Update: I got sick after eating there so i definitely wont go back. The one on Grand is great though. I don't think it's really worth talking to the franchise owner or anything. It just upset me that the lady seemed annoyed that I was asking for eight piece instead of six, as a separate side so I could get the eight piece. Then didn't even give me eight pieces. It's fine though I just won't go back there. Miss counting whether intentionally or accidentally isn't that big of a deal. But getting stomach sickness after it is. Please have your workers learn how to count. An 8-piece means eight piece. Not seven piece. If I choose to pay more to make sure my sides are 8 piece instead of 6 piece, it's because I wanted the extra. I know better then to go to any location on Ross, but unfortunately I gave it a chance anyways. At least the other locations know how to count.

Ordered a junior burger and when I got it,it was still raw,push button told them someone came out took the burger back with him and I waited and waited so I push button and this time I said just give me back the money and I waited and waited so my friend got out of the car knock on the door and said we want our money back, finally got it never will I order anything from them again

Always have fast service. Quick eats Great menu Need to learn a bit more mannerism when closing nears. Trying to close to soon wont work and shouldnt be allowed. If your hours are 9 -11pm..then your doors are open for business until 11pm full fledged open..11pm dont mean that you are gone by 11..LOL..I assume this wasnt explained by the trainer before they started working..🤷👍
