There's 2 gentlemen that work the drive thru window, great customer service from them guys. There's a lady that works the counter with green hair, she was a complete "See U Next Tuesday" to a little boy because she misunderstood the order. That San Jacinto back alley garbage bucket attitude was just disgusting and pathetic to display to a young child.

Heads up, this place is terrible, management and all, recommend the one at Georgia and I-40. If you order something without cheese and say no cheese, they will still put cheese. I went back in and told them we ordered no cheese and that it was an allergy. They told me that you have to say no cheese and I told them we did say no cheese, needless to say, they were quite annoyed with me.
Tl;Dr They have a desire to argue with you and put cheese on everything, whether you ask for it or not.

All Burger King locations are slow with interesting people working so don't waste time ordering online because it's the same service you get if you order in person.

Been through this ones drive through several times in the past few months, haven't ever had an issue. I did however get an extra frenchfries on on trip.

I use the rewards & online App...great prices but the food is HORRID! It's not Burger King in general, it's THIS Burger King on S. Coulter here in Amarillo TX! The morning/daytime manager is one of the worst! He complains about his employees & cannot cook the food himself & assure others do either! Several times now, (not just the ones I mention in this post) I had 2 orders incomplete & they didn't want to fix it! It took 29 calls for the manager to even answer the phone! The fries were NEVER even cooked as they were literally frozen/white & the bun & burger were burnt, I actually took pictures! Another time I had 2 orders of French toast sticks that should've been 3 sticks each. But what did I get? What I received ended up being 2½ in one & 2 in the other. Please Please get new management! Oh, the bags are supposed to always be taped/stapled shut with the receipt attached...all but once the bags were open, twice there was no receipts at all. The other times you might wonder? Get this, I got my receipt once-perfect, the others?...well..they had receipts..but the "store number" had been cut off each time!
As for this ap? I've yet to get any type of refund at all...including when the restaurant closed over 3 HOURS EARLY!!! They closed just 15 minutes after the order was placed & to be picked up via drive through! BTW, the hours of service is "whenever they want"! It says midnight but when we've gone there, they're usually outside smoking at about 9pm & closed by 9:30pm!
Since Covid, we've noticed worse service from just about everywhere. The more time passes, the worse it gets. Workers are rude & lazy! Many people don't want to go back to work & it shows!

Was there about 40mins ago. Waited 15mins for ONE meal. Ordered an original chicken sandwich and the chicken was DISGUSTING, like it had been there for days. Will NOT go back to this BK.
