Baskin-robbins

Every time we come here there is some sort of problem with the employees. This time they couldn't give me a quart of the ice cream I get every time I go. Made it sound like it was an issue if not having the right tub to put it in, but was extremely rude about it and refused to help us out in any way or just simply use different bowls/tubs to do the exact same thing. Something that is on the menu. Just a continuing ongoing management problem that they don't seem able to fix. Didn't get my business today and will not any longer in the future. Update: went to the one off of Soncy and they were WONDERFUL, did exactly what the other store wouldn't do for us and had great customer service as well.

Must be poor management. No longer have cookies or brownies, were out of bananas, then we try to order sundaes they were out of strawberry ice cream. So I ask if they can just use vanilla ice cream, and add the strawberry toppings and they tell me they don’t have that either. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They also weren’t very friendly, and then at the end when we went to get the order they gave us the fudge sundae we ordered but forget to give me my ice cram cone.

‪My first ‬Doordash purchase near the beginning of the pandemic was an ice cream surprise for my family. I order 5 ice creams with cones and I assumed the ice creams would be delivered in cups and cones on the side, but I assumed wrong.‬ The driver came with ice cream dripping down his hands and apologized, stating this how it was handed to him. He said he would cancel the order and again first doordash purchase because apparently it does not go that way. I contacted doordash customer service and I couldn’t get anything. So I contacted ‬Baskin Robbins but they never answered the phone. So I just took the $25 loss, I figured everyone was trying to figure this out. Oh and the delivery was supposed to be contactless FYI. I just gave the driver napkins and declined the ice cream.‬ Yesterday I went to Baskin Robbins & checked the closing time 10pm and grabbed my mom and headed across town. Unfortunately I arrived at 9:10pm & it was closed. No closure signage or anything. And I wasn’t the only customer thinking it was open. I am just disappointed in the lack of customer service. First I lost my money & now my time.

Stopped to cool off with some ice cream and sit and converse. The group of employees here are professional and friendly. Nice and clean store. We tried nutty coconut ice cream and it is a new favorite for me. We also had a warm cookie sundae with a scoop of world's best chocolate, it is also great tasting.
