Drinks had too much ice (requested quarter cup of ice specifically)
Tots were undercooked -icy centers
Requested a Plain and dry cheeseburger, had mayo lettuce tomato pickles and onions still.
Check your orders temperature and accuracy for preparation requests, otherwise be unsatisfied with the order
Three times now my order has been way wrong, and I am explicit in my directions for my food

Worst service I ever had. The children running the shift gave 0 regard for efficiency and more attending to giving pigging back rides in the kitchen. There was a gentleman who actually cared and tended to my requests. What do you expect. Its sonic.

The carhops here are so friendly! BTW, pickle fries are my new favorite, I hope their here to stay.

This place has gone down hill over the past few months. Not sure what is going on, but they need help. Not only is the waiting ridiculous so is the food. It can't even be made correctly for a basic order. I will happily drive 8-10 miles to another Sonic because this one is definitely unable to deliver customer service or good food. You would think it would be fresh and hot if you are the only vehicle waiting. Not worth my time or money.

Disgusting place. Food was horrible. Had to explain my order 3 times, once I told him to just start over. We ordered 4 different meals with 4 drinks and when we got our food it was wrong and only received 2 drinks. Ate what I could and later paid for it having stomach problems. Noticed on some reviews people came down with food poising from this Sonic. 1 star is a joke for this place.

Ordered our food 3times. Even asked the guy to start over again and he repeated it correctly after three tries. However, when the food arrived the receipt was wrong and the order was wrong. Having a customer pay for food they didn’t order is like me showing up to fix their sink but I work on the toilet then charge you for it. It’s stealing from your customer. Horrible service. The carhop even had the nerve to ask for a tip.

I was very disappointed with my food i ordered the number #11 with 5 strips and extra fries and large dr pepper when my order was ready they brought me 3 chicken strips no fries they gave me 5 tater tots and a medium drink ill be checking my order before they leave my vehicle from now on
