Burger King

The sad thing is I normally get good service at this location. However, tonight was a very different story. I ordered the same thing I always order, two original chicken sandwichs with tomato, cheese and pickles. What I received was sad. Update: Like In originally stated, I normally receive decent service from this Burger King. I went back on 04/26/2019, and spoke with the manager Tiffany. She did not attempt to spin or make excuses. She simply asked how could good she make this right, and we came to an equitable agreement. I change my review from ⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐. Everyone has a bad day.

Drove over an hour to try the Impossible Whopper, and it did not disappoint! Burger King is awesome for doing a trial run of vegan burgers in the STL area. Really hoping they bring these nation wide! The staff was very friendly as well! (Also can I mention that this BK is very modern and very clean! Super impressive.)

I have never been treated so rudely!!! We are traveling by boat and staying in a hotel right behind this restaurant. We decided to walk over and get dinner since we don’t have a car. The inside was closed so we thought we could walk through the drive through. Never new how wrong I was. I was told in the most insulting way that we were not allowed to do this. I tried to explain that we were at the hotel and didn’t have a car and was yelled at to get out of the drive through. The wonderful woman in the car behind us offered to get our food for us, but then over the load speaker came the screaming voice to leave the customers along and get out. I could have understood if the person had taken the time to explain but no, Customer service is not a priority with this business. This does not reflect well with visitors to Alton. Thank goodness we had already met many citizens that are amazing!
