Mcdonald's

Just got home from going thrive thru at this location, my order is completely wrong my hot CHOCOLATE doesn’t even have chocolate, our happy meal is not complete they forgot my sons apples, my husband order is completely wrong. We waited in line for a while and as we were waiting by the window we see the staff nonchalant eating, laughing, joking which is fine but have the decency to make the order right since you have so much time on your hands. Very disappointed.

I had to put at least one star to write a review. I don't do this very often, usually just for above average and way below average, which applies here. We showed up at 9:20 and sat in the drive-thru until 10:10. The guy in front of us was told to hold on. At 10:10, i walked to the window to have a night crew guy tell me they were closed. There were 10 cars in the drive-thru waiting. The maddening part is that the employees had to see us all sitting there waiting. The night manager is lacking in customer etiquette. I can tell you that myself and all the locals i spoke to in line will never return to this McDonald's. I would rather go to Carl's Jr or Jack in the box so,I will never go to another McDonald's anywhere. I know that i shouldn't be, but I find myself, again, shocked at the awful manners of people who work in customer service. Makes you wonder what they are doing to the food.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would of. I got to this place with my two kids early at 11am and ask for a breakfast meal and didn't wanted to help me they give me a bad attitude only wanted to sell me lunch when it wasn't even lunch time yet. I ask for the managers name he didn't wanted to give me his full name just told be to put Abdul it was a middle eastern man with the worst customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD 👍😊

Customer's Beware!!! Under new ownership and the unknown new owners have jacked up the prices through the roof . I found out the hard way after ordering the filter o fish Friday special. I was curious about being the only customer at 11:30 for lunch. I guess everyone knew about the over priced sub par "food". I for one will never return to McDonald's in Alpine.

My suggestion is don't order through curbside pickup. They gave my order to Uber eats and then they acted as if I had no right to ask them for a solution to fix the problem even though I presented proof that I had placed and payed for my order. They clearly tried to act like I was the one at fault. Screw this place!

The manager of this store is so incredibly rude. I live in Alpine and wish there was more fast food. If there was I would never go here again. While being handed my order my boyfriend wanted some water. When I asked she looked at me like I was beneath her and chose to not answer me just slammed the window. Then had someone else hand me the water.
