Wendy's

Awfully employees. We placed a mobile order 20 minutes before closing in quite a short line, they were taking longer than average to create and distribute the meals. At exactly 12am (there closing time) we pulled up to the window and got zero response. When asking through the locked window if we would be receiving the order we had PAID for we got zero response from workers who could clearly see and hear us. We were quite kind and as a host at a restaurant myself I understand the long hours of the food industry so after 10 minutes of waiting and attempting to get employed attention a cook came to the window to Inform us we would be refunded. Was that so hard? Some girl at the window couldn’t have the decency to let us know the food wouldn’t be prepared instead she flashed her taser at us.

Every time…every time……every GD time I come here I pay for food that I don’t receive. Meaning my order is WRONG! At this point I might as well buy stock in Wendy’s cause at this point I’m an investor. The only time service is good at this location, is in the morning. Besides that expect the employees to be either rude, distracted, slow & dishonest. -illegitimate investor 😩

We just left this location 5:35 pm. We asked for a taco salad, sandwich and strawberry frosty. We were told. We are sold out of strawberry frosties. We sell our of those every day about noon. We then got a simple chocolate one. Imagine our suprise when we left and we did not have the chili needed for the taco salad. We went thru drive thru again (after leaving location and getting on highway). Imagine our suprise when it happened again. Disappointing.

This is got to be one of the best Wendy's I have ever eaten it, the inside of the windies looks so modern and brand new. Customer service was very excellent and definitely on point, not to mention my meal was so delicious. Normally when you go to a fast food restaurant in order a burger or whatever it is you may order it's not fresh and with that being said when I took a look at my burger it was perfect. This Wendy's in Alpharetta off of Mansell Road has got to be the best one. And I say that with confidence, so if you're in the area please stop by this Wendy's you will not be disappointed I guarantee it

Been coming to this Wendys for seven years.. The older Latino ladies who used to take your orders were great, unfortunately they are not the ones taking your order anymore, instead it is this arrogant condescending interrupting lady taking orders now. Can’t even get through your first part of your order without her interrupting you in some loud tone. Then when she repeats your order back it’s wrong because she interrupted you halfway through your order. When things are out of stock she says it in a demeaning way like you should’ve already known they did not have medium cups. I’m going to go back there one more time and if she still the lady taking orders I will never order from there again and I would assume treating customers this way other people will not want to go back either. Ridiculous that they would even put her on the microphone. How are you treat your customers is how you keep your customers, even in a large corporate setting.

Very rude manager! She barely spoke English which is a disgrace. And then on top of the fact that she didn’t speak English well...she had the nerve to be rude. I’ll be glad to get her name and let all of my friends know not to spend money here anymore. Also, y’all should probably check her papers. She’s probably not even allowed here.
