HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I would never go back to eat here again nor patronize an establishment who does not hire waitors/waitresses that value the customer. First, we were seated pretty quickly and the chips and salsa were brought out immediately by the host who sat us. From there, the service fell off, greatly!! 1- It took more than 15 minutes before our drink orders were taken. The waitress for our table passed by us numerous times, without even greeting us or saying that there would be a delay. We had to stop her and ask her who was responsible for our table because we needed drinks. Drinks are the first thing that should come out promptly!!! I could understand if the kitchen was behind, but not lack luster service on drinks (aka WATER)!!! 2. Once she brought out the drinks, my husband ordered cheese dip. She brought out the cheese dip with no extra chips. When she placed the cheese on our table, she looked directly at the empty bowl of chips and still left.... WITHOUT even taking our dinner order!!! 3. Another 5 or so minutes passed. Our waitress promptly took everyone else's order, except ours. So I went and got another waitor and asked if he could take our order, which he did, as she walked over to our table to take over . We watched 3 other patrons come in as we left and she was at there table in a hurry. 4. Before I asked one waitor to please take our dinner order, I had already asked another waitor if he could bring us extra chips. He did, and he apologized for the delay. Never again! Not with my money or time.

Okay, I read the other reviews and I still went, so I have no one to blame but myself* Let's start at the beginning - The cheese dip was watery - If you're going to save money at a restaurant, don't skimp on the food, especially the first thing people generally get when they get there. Same goes for the drinks - Lot's and Lot's of Ice... Next, the entrees - same problem, except even more tasteless. If you want Mexican food - don't come here. *We're doing a Hwy 9 Search for Best Mexican Restaurant - Laguna Mexican Grill is not it.

it was a 4 star 6 months ago but... things seem to be going downhill. I always order the same dish and this time so salty I could not eat it. And it is now so noisy at the bar because of the margarita machine!! They are just cranking the music which is not even mexican music. I just really they would get back because I really use to like this place.

Unbelievable and not in a good way. We walked in today 10/15 at 5:45pm...one person sitting at the bar, no one to great us. My wife went to use the restroom (which was filthy and reeked of pungent odor) while I waited at the door...after about 10 minutes my wife stepped to the back area. There was a young man leaning against the dishwasher busy texting on his cell phone. My wife asked...is anyone working out here and his reply was...well I don't know I think so...guess this explains why your restaurant was empty.
