Friendly service but the pan pizza had a 2” crust. It would be nice if the person making the pizza paid a bit more attention to detail. Similar story with the brownie. The chocolate chips were not scattered but concentrated in one area. We do like that the crushed pepper and parmesan cheese are in mini shakers. Great idea. And the naked wings were nice and crispy and chunky. It is a significant improvement over the years.

I decided to order Pizza Hut today for a change, and what do they do mess up my order. I called in to speak to someone. Instead of them handling it, the manager let the person at the front go back and forth trying to figure out what to say . THEN I asked for a manager , he got on the phone . Of course he got smart and said it wasn’t his fault to call about the website . I definitely won’t be using them again . How does my receipt and online order say two different things but no one knows... if online messes up this much they should have notified someone already. I won’t be ordering from here again .

If I was going solely off the food I'd give 5 stars or more if possible. For pizza hut pizza it is honestly really good! However I'm only giving two because the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are always extremely rude including management. They also can't seem to ever get my order right. Not sure how hard it is to add crust flavoring to a pizza but they seem to always screw that up.

I have never had this much trouble with a pizza place in my entire life. I'll admit, the pizza was good, but it's a shame the customer service didn't share the same name. I placed an order online from this place, and ordered the $9.99 deal, hoping that it would be a good price for my money. I placed my order at 2:42 PM as of July 22nd, Wednesday and then it said that I had to wait 112 - 120 minutes! Shortly after I got a phone call from them stating that it's going to take two hours, so I obliged, assuming that the pandemic had something to do with it. Two hours later, I got no update, nothing, so I called them up, and they literally claimed that they never got my order in the first place. I had to fight with them over the phone, and even gave my name, my phone number, everything, and they still didn't have that information on my order. Come to find out later, they cancelled my order and I was left with nothing. A huge disappointing waste of my time, my could've been wasted money, and my life. The fact that I had to wait 2 hours for a "pizza" is ridiculous and the customer service on the other side of the phone wasn't any better.
And this wasn't the first time, last time I ordered a Garlic Sauce Sausage pizza, and when the pizza arrived, all the toppings on the pizza fell off to the side, while at the same time drenched in grease. This will be the very last time I will go to this place and I want to let them know that they will not be getting my support from me. WHATEVER YOU DO, do not go to this place, I beg you, find a better pizza place that's worth your time. I gave these people a chance but the people on the other end were flippant and arrogant. Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely disappointing...

Order at your own risk! The last two times I ordered delivery, I specifically chose contactless delivery. Both times, the driver didn't even bother to remove my food from the bag. He stood on my doormat, waited for me to answer, pulled my pizza out, & stepped towards me to hand it to me. He was less than two feet away. I had hoped the first time was a fluke, although I complained & no one had the courtesy to respond. The second time has convinced me that they just don't care about protective measures. Want contactless delivery? Find another pizza place.

I placed an order online for pick up for a large pizza and a couple orders of wings. My order showed it’d be ready in 10-15 min and I figured since it was lunch time I’d wait a little longer in case they were busy. Got to the restaurant about 15 min after my ready time. No one greeted us. I assumed they were busy or short staffed because of everything going on. Shortly after, a delivery driver returned and he saw us as he walked in. He did not acknowledge us or let anyone know we were there. We waited about 20-25 min in the store before anyone acknowledged that we were there. When we were finally addressed, the gentleman told us that our order would be out shortly as it was still in the oven. He came out of the kitchen and asked if we were there to pick up the order for so-and-so. I told him no and gave him my name. He then pulled my already made order out of the warming machine. Overall, not pleased with the service. Even though it’s closest to home, we most likely will not be ordering from this location again.
