Burger King

Placed a mobile order, had issues with it (their app isn't great), asked the cashier a question about it and was told they didn't have what I ordered. Question was ignored. Told them to cancel the order and left, only to find it on my credit card account. Poor service and theft in one stop! Not BK in general, just the one in Wauconda.

I'm guessing no manager and everyone called in sick. 3 on staff, waited 15 minutes to order inside. People left in front of me the wait was so long. Place was a mess, water on the floor, garbage everywhere, tables all dirty, used crowns everywhere, bathrooms disgusting, beverage area a mess, garbage full. I felt bad for the 3 kids working there so I didn't complain. This is poor management.

Good food.... ---Missing order items: Sundae Pie, extra onions in side bag, ketchup packets. ---receipt not provided ---Unsalted fries requested but fries received were salted. ---Waited 10 minutes at ordering sign before order taken. ---We patronize this location weekly; sometimes twice a week; tried calling to inform manager, but the phone kept ringing... The message is clear: the manager here does not care how customers are treated and this visit demonstrates this. --- That Wendy's across the road looks real good for next time. Adios Burger King. $ 60.00 per week is going away...

Horrible! As you can tell by the pictures this place doesn't give a damn about customers. There is nobody at the front counter! Service is rude and almost non existant. There ketchup was out, cookies gone, frozen drinks out, fountain machine out of most choices. It seems like they are going out of business with minimal employees and running out of basic products. Even the tray I got was slimey. Stay away if you want service or food!

Seriously; how hard is it to make a burger? HAVE IT YOUR WAY? More like; have it however they want to make it. Very easy order, a double whopper w/ cheese. NOPE! Single whopper and no cheese. It’s just not the Algonquin location. It’s Huntley too! I live 3 min from the Huntley location and wanted a whopper tonight. Refused to go to the Huntley location as they always mess up, so drove to Algonquin. Guess what…. THEY'RE JUST AS BAD!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
