I usually have a great experience with this place until last night! So if it's raining and you have worked a long hard day, do not expect pizza to be delivered from these guys. Even if your the next street over!

Terrible customer service. 30 seconds to place an order and 10+ minutes on hold waiting for a manager. Finally gave up. Good luck getting your order corrected or refunded if they mess it up

This Pizza Hut has not been able to be open for delivery until after 4pm. They need to hire new drivers and pay them well.

I'd give a zero star if I could. Hands down the worst Pizza Hut around. 80% of the time they don't except online orders and or don't answer the phone when you call. I ordered tonight online and it finally allowed me to order. Said what time would you like it delivered. I picked 4PM. So 6PM rolls around and it says my order being made. 2 f@@king hours and then they cancelled my order and gave me my money back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN! I'd dive to Covington or Downtown Cincinnati to get it myself.

Got a pan pizza and a stuffed crust both were very good it had been awhile since i have eaten there the pans crust was awesome i sure missed that buttery tasting crust

The wait was longer than the estimated time, my no mushroom pizza had mushrooms on it and was doughy, and I watched the ungloved worker touch the sides of my pizza multiple times to move it around so that the box would close, I can only hope they properly wash their hands

Not impressed with the Alexandria pizza hut. There portions of bacon is ridiculous I paid extra and it barley had anything on it. I'm not one to complain but this has happend more than once. I'm not eating pizza hut anymore you lost a customer. The staff could careless about the place. We orderd food one day they TOOK THE ORDER but never opened the doors!! Nobody showed up!

Employees told my grandmother they were closed at 4pm on a Monday. They then put her on hold and hung up on her after she waited 10 minutes. With all the other reviews, this place really isn't worth trying to go to. Go somewhere else.
