Pizza Hut

I pre-order my food early in the day and set the time for 6pm to be delivered. It arrived 18 mins late, cold and over cooked. Tired to call them to complain and got stuck in an endless loop of phone advertising with no one picking up the phone. Paid way too much to get bad service. Not ordering from here again.

I live 5 minutes away from this pizza hot located in Little River Turnpike Alexandria VA 22312. My order was a barbecue chicken pizza and I had to wait for more than 2 hours to receive the order and when I receive my order as it shows on the pictures below it was something I have never seen. It was literally the bread with barbecue sauce spread on it!

Order a pizza. They quoted a price and said 15minutes. I arrive in 20mims. They had no information that I had placed an order. They were completely clueless and lost. Apparently Pizza Hut is such a mess the phone rep person who I complained to completely agreed that the stores are in complete chaos.

So the problem for one I walked in and there was no person at the register and when someone came to it they told me to hold up and I had to wait another couple of minutes for my order to be taken so I get my order taken, they told me to wait 15 minutes so I waited and it took more than 20 minutes for me to get my food for one I’ll admit one part was that I left my receipt in a store I was at but this one employee named Nata helped me out and he was the only person there trying to help out all the customers in my opinion he needs to get paid more and get a promotion because he was a big help.
