Taco Bell

They need to put in a rest stop, or at least a bathroom, in the drive through line because you're gonna be there for a long time. Bring a TV or get ready to watch the grass grow while you wait. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant was here. Look at the other reviews, I'm not the only one. It took over an hour to get through the drive through, and they got the order very wrong. When asking for items on the menu, they asked us what the menu says they have. They don't know their own menu and ask customers what the menu has. Multiple employees were standing around or sitting on the ground outside, smoking, while their service was painstakingly slow and inaccurate. They even told us they didn't have certain items we ordered AFTER we were getting handed our food at the window. The food was clearly slapped together sloppily (and highly inaccurately). And to top it off, the food was cold. I suspect this location only survives by unsuspecting people leaving the airport across the street because it's one of those drive throughs with a curb that blocks you from leaving once you enter. It's a trap. Very unprofessional.

Dined in. All tables and seating needed a wipe down. Asked employee of this could be accomplished, never saw him within sight and no one else offered. Finally received food, tacos and burrito scarcely filled. We were shorted one drink. Sweet tea tasted old. Bathrooms out of service. Several other customers complained regarding wrong orders. Very sad experience.

THEY just now opened back up went 2 times the first time was over 40 min the 2nd. Time was a hour then the order was wrong took me another 40 min to go back around to drive thru then they messed up the order again what upset me the young man didn't offer to fix the issue he said he couldn't go do it now so I got refund and very unhappy manager should be on this stuff the place needs help also they was cursing tonight about how ppl were picky and stuff I feel I'll never go back after this

If I could give a 0 rating I would. We stopped in and there were 3 cars in the drive thru. I noticed it was going slow. When I ordered i had to tell the girl 4 times what I wanted. Then they were out of black beans, I dont eat meat, so there were few options for what I could get that would be satisfying. So now that they don't have black beans she somehow forgets my order again. I ended up driving off. Please train your people!

Oh! I have been going to, supporting, and loving Taco Bell for 55 years! It is the least in calories of all the fast foods and it is quality food for the best price you will ever pay. Always fresh, hot and delicious! The staff is always very professional and friendly with always being nice and lots of smiles.

This Taco Bell used to be good. Now it seems like the drive thru is always backed up for no reason but I still go. I ordered a 5 layer burrito with extra meat and received a burrito with extra meat, sour cream on one side, 2 tortillas (which I hate!), and bits and pieces of other ingredients. Are the 2 tortillas supposed to make it look bigger? This has happened to me twice in a row. I think they may have changed management or something because the quality keeps going down.
