This is a small but friendly spot with good food. I'm very impressed with the potstickers and always find the service prompt. This restaurant has been closed for maintenance for months

Best Chinese food, friendly service, big portions and good price. I've read other reviews of highly rated Chinese restaurants and after trying the food, it's no better than rice I could've steamed in my microwave, most of it is cheap quality. Fire kitchens quality was top notch. The rice is plump and cooked with flavor, the shrimp are succulent, all the food was cooked fresh and tasted like gourmet. I especially like the small yet modern hole in the wall feeling. It reminds me of places like new York and Chicago where those are the best places to eat there.

I'm very particular about food...the ingredients need to be of the best quality! I'm happy to say that the folks at Mak's Quickfire Kitchen makes the grade! Their food is a delight to see, smell, and especially taste. The people are wonderful and attentive. So glad to have found great Asian food in my neighborhood! Thank you!

Amazing Vegetarian Choices. My wife, being vegan, is very hard to find good and healthy food go in restaurants. Found it, loved it, have to pass on how good this place turned out to be.

Fire Kitchen is a regular call for me when I want delivery. The telephone staff are friendly, patient, and informed, and give accurate estimates for delivery time. I like the food. The delivery guy is also friendly and helpful. A positive experience all 'round.

One of my favorite downtown lunch spots. Food is delicious, hot, and fresh. Loads of fresh, bright veggies in the dishes. Excellent value for the price.

Cheap and pretty delicious. Freshly made food, and fast! I didn't give 5 stars because I've had better Chinese food, but as far as fast food it holds its own as far as price and quality.

This is really amazing food and amazing customer service as well. If your in the delivery area they are extremely fast. I do agree as well if you rate it a one star because if hours that is your fault. I understand why it's not open on the weekend Albuquerque is dead on the weekend no ones downtown.

Whether you're craving Chinese Food or you want to get your butt kicked by their Jalapeno Chicken, Mak's is sure to leave you feeling great! Large portions, fast service, and some of the best Chinese in a perfect location for lunch in Downtown Burque.

Really good food really fast! I always feel good after eating here (which I can't say for most Chinese restaurants). The staff is always nice. I wish they were open on the weekends, too! (P.S. Rating a restaurant one star because you can't read operating hours is pretty lame.)
