Kfc

I am extremely dissatisfied. I ordered an eight piece of drums and thighs and got mostly wings. No legs and 1 breast and 2 drums. They were old. Hard. Extremely greasy. The biscuits we extremely hard. I asked for Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. I got the MP and Gravy but it had 1 maceroni noodle on top on the MP and no Mac. I asked for a half gallon of Sierra Mist and got a small cup. Spent over $50 for my order and got trash. Why would y'all send someone this? Y'all need help. This is absolutely disgusting!!! I only make reviews when I'm extremely bothered... Well this definitely disturbed me because this trash was for my kids.

The staff was attentive and friendly. We (my wife and I) were enticed to try the chicken sandwiches we'd seen advertised recently on TV because the breading on the sandwiches in the commercials looked like the wonderful breading on the KFC drumsticks. When we received the sandwiches, they weren't like the drumstick breading at all. Now mind you, they were still quite good and we enjoyed them but I was just hoping for that great crunch and taste of the drumstick breading. On the way home, I got to thinking that it's probably difficult to pull off that same experience because while the drumsticks have chicken skin, the cutlets for the sandwiches likely do not.

Horrible experience, no answer at drive thru mic or window. Ignored at window, Went in to be ignored 15 min before ordering, no receipt available. one older man cooking, one girl talking on her phone, one young man wandering around playing games on his phone, another presumably the manager fixing sign and watching all this, food was fine but this is the worst KFC I have ever been in, a disgrace!

The lights are out a girl was sitting on the sales counter laughing at something in her phone I another female was sleep behind the register with no mask on while the girl who was helping was blatantly ignoring my questions I don’t think anything anyone should spend there money here clearly the own doesn’t care who they employ which makes me question everything else this was my visit on Friday January 14 2022 wow

Don't go here!!! This KFC on Delaware Ave needs to be shut down by the Health Dept. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in literally months. Not only that, the staff are nasty, and why do I have to wait 25 minutes for chicken from KFC?? I worked in food service you gotta know your peak times and you have to make sure you have chicken ready. It doesn't take much to drop some chicken. Lazy staff need some customer sevice training and an education.

Awful experience. The people don't listen to your order so you have to repeat yourself over and over again. They give me the wrong sized drink. Everyone knows a combo meal comes with a large drink. You don't have to work there too know that! They gave me a medium though. I asked for no lettuce or tomato on my tacos, which she repeated back to me, but gave me lettuce anyway. Also, the whole time we were at the pickup window there was a strong smell of weed. Asked for mild sauce and was given hot. And, wasn't even given my drink and had to sit there and wait for them to reopen the window and realize that I was still there and remind them about my drink. I didn't even bother going back to ask to have my order fixed because they were probably too high to get it right the second time around either. Terrible.
