I have rated this place poorly in the past. Tonight my sister stopped there and after waiting at the drivethrough order station and waiting with no answer said hello... No answer... Hello... You have to wait I'm helping another customer... Oh didn't think you heard me.... I got ears I heard you... Then when she tried to order nothing on the menu was available. So either they ran out of everything or the women was a b$&8&. I work right up the Rd get food all the time for my group of 5. I'll go anywhere but here from now on

Ordered from this location through door dash, received my order and more than half of it was missing and what I did receive was wrong! Both sandwiches had egg on it when they weren't supposed to, I was missing a sandwich, my hasbrown that was supposed to come with my meal as well as my frap that was supposed to come with my meal. I tried to call the store multiple and no one answered the phone. This is after waiting over an hour for my food because their location said they were open when it wasn't. I'm very disappointed that I waisted the money. This could have easily been resolved by answering the phone and having another driver sent out with the rest of my order. I'd give zero if I could.

Horrible! Slow as snails. I go To get an iced coffee and sometimes something to eat and I will say there is one really nice girl knows the business, she is quick precise and knows how to get you in and out. Went today and waited 10 Minutes at drive through for the girl to come on the speaker and say be patient I’m coming. I’m sorry not a please or thank you and then she proceeded to take the vehicles in the 1st lane and not alternate. I along with 3 other cars left. Not sure I’ll go back. Total BS

Left a bad review in the past but tried to go again and geez this place is God awful. You will wait at the intercom 5+ minutes and when you try to get a worker's attention it's immediately answered with attitude and a longer wait time. The people who are leaving good reviews must be either employees or family of employees cause I've never once had a good experience here. It's worth just driving out of the way and going to the next closest McDs rather than deal with the incompetent rude employees here who can't seem to get anything done. Pathetic.

Hi I am a good customer. I came to this location yesterday around 6 or 7pm. I was treated very rudely ,and poorly. Bad customer service. Communication was very rude and disrespectful. I had my family with me. Both employees were picking a fight with me. They also scared my children. My children cried. They were very upset. Poor customer service skills employees should be held accountable for there actions. I asked for manager and supervisor on duty . I was told there was no management available. Can someone please help with this situation, because I and my family did not deserve to be treated that way. Please and thank you.
