Subway

I went there with friends And when I went to order looks like the workers who were mother and son they could barely hear anything even when I’m yelling on what I want they’re pretty rude a little sassy too and won’t even let me use the bathroom after I’ve seen a lot of people use it overall not the best experience but ok food. It was way too overpriced for half a sandwich 8 dollars and for a for foot long it was $20 which doesn’t make sense it shouldn’t even be 20 if half of it is nine dollars and it should be 18.

Love coming to this subway during my lunch break at work! Their ingredients are always fresh and delicious. The employee that was taking my order was so friendly. And if you ask for extra of something they will give you extra! They are very generous with their servings which is why I love this location! Clean and quiet location great place to enjoy a tasty subway and relax.

I ordered three sandwiches and the employee who was making them was rude throughout the entire process. He stated ambiguously that they didn’t have white bread. Both the italian and the flat bread is white. When I asked for italian, I was reprimanded with “I told you we don’t have white bread”. Fast forward to payment, I had my card in my hand and he rudely said we don’t accept that card. He hadn’t even let me put the card in the slot. ALSO,REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE HE EVEN CHARGED ME FOR A SANDWICH THAT IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT I HAD INITIALLY ORDERED & HAD RECEIVED! This is the second time something like this has happened. The first being I had accidentally placed two online orders instead of one, due to the how unuser friendly the app is. I was forced to pay for another sandwich and had to argue for a good five minutes that I didn’t intend to buy three sandwiches. This will be the last time that I give this location my business!

They don't provide customer service for any issue with orders on the website even those fill paid and completed. I was turned away and then spent half an hour in phone calls to get my "convenient" online order. Think the manager offered anything for my trouble after his staff were completely rude and unhelpful? Nope. No accountability and a huge waste of time.

Went in there on a Sunday afternoon to grab a quick sub. Walked in and saw a random guy sitting on a chair with a mask around his chin and coughing. Got my sub and then the guy without a mask gets up to ring me up, he finally slips his mask on when we’re face to face behind plexi-glass. I’m not going back there anymore. If they can’t be bothered to wear a mask in around of customers then I can just go somewhere else for subway.
