Came through the drive through. One time the worker told me I ordered wrong because I said the drinks name before I said the ingredients. Ok. So I go through today, say the ingredients, get interrupted to know what caramel drizzle. No problem. Finish the drink ingredients for the baby Yoda. Get to the window expecting caramel crunch crunchies and get black something on top. And just realized no drizzle on the cup and that's what she interrupted me for.Disappointed on a $6 drink.

My favorite Starbucks by far! It's such an awesome place to come study. All of the workers are so patient and kind, and my drinks are always 10/10. The bathrooms are clean every time (hard to find at public establishments) and the music is good too!

Employees are always so nice and today I experienced something that special to me. Fast food, retail, etc. has gone down hill so badly. Starbucks reminded me that, there are people who are good at what they do and go the extra mile. Cole and Sheyanne were the ones working drive thru and definitely deserve acknowledgment!!!!

Oh Starbucks, you were pretty good months ago (alabaster one) but recently workers closed the store and the drive thru 40 mins before 8:00pm, so the close time is 8:00 and why do they close almost an hour before, also I had to go around and was trying to get in but it was closed too and there was like 6 workers there. I mean that’s so unprofessional, I hope the manager read this and do something.

I have never had the experience noted in the image. However, other Starbucks have labeled my cup "Craig". So, you know... Go to this Starbucks where they're friendly, make a swell cup o' joe, and know how to spell.

This Starbucks location has the worst customer experience I have seen and experienced over the years. Today was a "last chance." I've sat in the cafe today for a few hours and worked. I ordered a beverage on the mobile app. When I received it, it was only half-full. I asked for a remake and they asked if I wanted whipped cream. As if that was the reason the cup was only half-full.
When the beverage was remade, it was just called out "remake," then the Team Member ran away from the handoff counter.
This location has some of the worst standards. Both in drink quality, and in human connection.
As for me... I will avoid this location.

Super slow inside and out...My friend wanted it is the only reason i stopped by. .Lines out of parking lot and long inside..38 minutes and $8 later for some small nasty looking Frapp..
