They wasn't taking orders at the counter when we atrived, cause they was filling all of the online orders and had customers waiting inline until they got all of the other orders out.. waited on food for over 20mins. My daughter wanted Mr hero or I would have left if it was me...how do u make customers wait on food to fill online orders...won't be going back.

I ordered food here with my family last week and a few hours after we all got so sick. Food Poisoning.. It's the only thing we all ate in common that day. Not to mention this store had the WORST sanitization. That should have been our first sign to leave. Never coming back to this location.

I've been coming to this location for years... I usually get the Italian sub or I get a few amazing ultimate cheeseburger snackers. Every experience has been great and the food is delicious. Also, the pizza bites are great! Great customer service... the employees are friendly. I highly recommend this location.

What a fabulous experience! We had won "Office of the Week" on 105.7, and had 8 different orders to call in. Mr. Hero really came through for us! All the orders were correct, the food was hot and delicious - ready on time when we came to pick up, and the manager that we talked to on the phone was absolutely delightful! This was our first time ordering from this location, and we will be repeat customers!

Always consistent in serving a great steak sandwich. This location NEVER gets left over grilled unions mixed in with my cheese steak! So many mr. Hero's cooks at other locations don't scrape off the grill between orders and you get the last orders remains mixed into your sandwich! Staff is always friendly and efficient.
