Just left this place Burger King on whiskey and my sandwich was completely raw got sick and threw up and when I called they asked me if I wanted another sandwich. Waited in line 30 minutes for a raw sandwich terrible service

I’ve been here in the past and it’s a extremely average location. This shows because it’s never busy at all here. First time I went for Whopper combo. The order was accurate and no major complaints. The second time I went was during Open hours and someone was inside working but they’d not fully opened because there wasn’t enough staff. Seriously what kind of place is this?
Suggestion if you want a burger go across the street to CookOut which is always busy and has great burgers and a quick staff.

This is absolutely the worst Burger King in the entire state of South Carolina! Food is always cold or wrong, it takes forever to get your order. The entire staff needs to be replaced or they should shut it down.
I just sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes. No one else in line. It's 10pm and they don't close til midnight. I drive up to the window and their just standing there. No one ever came across the order box and said please wait or anything.
Don't go to this location unless there's no other alternative.

I got wrong order so had to go back. The second burger wasn't made right & had to much sauce & tasted nasty. I waisted $9 on a meal i never got to eat

Overpriced food that is poorly made, burnt to crisp chicken nuggets, and soggy fries. Don't eat here the quality of the food is not worth the price.

3rd time ordering here and missing egg, bread is stale or half our order is missing.

Craving a bacon cheeseburger and went through the Drive Thru and “Joe” took my order. He was pleasant and kind. When I drove up to get my order, he and another young man whose name I didn’t get, made sure order was right. Very pleasant experience. Good job, Burger King.

Been to this BK a handful of times and only had a smooth experience once getting breakfast. Every other time they were out of what I ordered which they were not able to refund and I had to call corporate to get my $6 back. Other times the service was very slow without an apparent reason why.
