Burger King

I am fully aware of the reputation of this location, but I decided to get a quick bite anyway. I was pleasantly surprised, quick service and a friendly employee ar the window. My order was spot on and was made perfectly. With a slew of negative reviews, I felt that it was warranted to also bring attention to a positive experience. Update 2/4: I came back to this location hoping for a repeat of the great service that I had previously. It wasn't as good as before, it was better. There were four vehicles ahead of us and we had our meals after a maximum of two minutes. Service was great and there were friendly staff once again. The food was wonderful on top of that. Whatever they are doing right now, it's working and then some.

This review doesn't even deserve one star!!!😡Service was poor and there were two customer's in line when I walked in waiting to order and NO staff had acknowledged them or even taken their order yet! And staff looked confused and frazzled and they weren't that busy either, maybe less than 10 people in lobby at the time. ..my food was cold from setting to long before it was bagged then employee just bagged it and she set it on counter by warmer and stated she was confused where it went because order was cleared before the food was bagged. One counter order was filled before my order and two other counter orders that were there first that had been waiting for more than 5-8 minutes for their order. It appeared he was a friend of a employee so he took priority over the orders that were still waiting. Manager bagged up his order and handed him his order while me and two other orders were filled after that. This Burger King ALWAYS looks dirty especially the kitchen area! Floors look nasty!! And staff is not very friendly and never smile and greet customer's in a friendly manner. Drive thru times are way to long and staff is unfriendly and frazzled. My advice...go to the other Burger King at the other end of town!!! Much better service and much cleaner! I never see employees wash hands when changing tasks. I am a Certified Food Manager and this place needs help bad!! This BK is nasty!! Retraining is highly recommended!!

We have tried four different visits to this venue. Normally we love BK, and at other BK venues, the impossible whopper is great! Here, everything is overcooked. It is plant based and should be warm and juicy. But here not only are burgers hard as shoe leather, even the impossible burger is cooked to leather texture! The roasting tunnel conveyor needs a speed adjustment...faster!...to avoid this. The venue needs a manager to see to equipment problems, and to keep the supply chain going. How can Burger King be “out of burgers”??? Mismanagement!

Slow, very slow. Rude as can be. When you can see the line at McDonald's move a car every 30 seconds you will never complain again. It took 11 minutes at breakfast time for the only car in front of me to get their food and move. They were out of Orange juice and Chocolate milk as well. Just go somewhere else to avoid the frustrated employees.

Waited half an hour for a small order. Fries were given to me cold and without salt. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes pulled forward in the drive through for nuggets and they forgot my sauce. When food was finally brought out the employee didn't say a word and looked annoyed that he had to come hand us the food. I'm patient and understand that working fast food isn't the easiest or stress free job but with only 2 cars in the drive through, an empty inside, and at least 3 employees it should not have taken 30 minutes to get 6 items
