Went for a friend's b Day on a sat night. The place was really not that busy. Staff forgot my order and made too many excuses. When burger did finally come over an hour later it was wrong. Combined with the toughest ribs I have ever eaten, and the soggy fries, don't give this place your money. The only saving grace is the good selection of tap beers.

Went there in a group of three on a Wednesday night, three place was quite full which was reassuring. We had the buffalo wings and the sliders with sides of fries and nothing disappointed in the slightest. Even though they were reasonably busy the service was good and we were served without too much of a wait. Good atmosphere and experience overall, definitely worth a try!

I used to think Jack Ruby was great. Their burgers were amazing and the service was great. At one point a burger I had here ead the best I had ever had. This makes the state it is on now worse. We had a patriot and the brisket, both were very ordinary and took about forty minutes to come out. Then a couple of minutes later we got our appetizer. The staff were really friendly but this place just isn't what it once was.

Good beer choices. The food is ok, nothing special, I have noticed that if they're busy it will be around a 45 min for burgers. They also don't do split bills for groups over 8 which doesn't make any sense. If it was a gypsy economy where trinkets were exchanged for goods, I get that split bills is difficult but when paywave is a thing, it seems amateur to not make it easy for your customers to give you money. If this bar was a torrent, I'd give it a rating of A4 V3.
