Subway

Employees are rarely friendly, always make us wait a while without saying a word, and seem aggravated we are even there. The last time we went, the guy made us wait several minutes without saying a word, then barely spoke to us because he was too busy complaining--in front of us--about customers who don't have their order figured out before coming in. I'm sorry, but you don't criticize customers in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. I don't like feeling like a problem for giving a company business.

I chose this subway because it’s closer to my house, I won’t make that mistake again. I stood there for 15 minutes while she made only 2 sandwiches. After the guy left in front of me she then still said nothing to me, not even “ Hi just one second” not one word came out of her mouth. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back. If you have to make a sandwich for a DoorDash order that’s fine but maybe say something to the person who’s been standing there for almost 20 minutes without even so much as a hi.

The most unsanitary Subway I have ever been in. The man making my sandwich took all the meat off and directly laid it on their table that had not been cleaned in the 20 minutes and 12 sandwiches I stood in line watching them make. After I said I did not want the meat he put on the table he threw it directly back into the prep area for another unlucky customer. I have contacted management numerous times and it never gets better. Just do yourself a favor and go to the one on Country Club...
