I placed an online order... they canceled the order claiming that the couldn't fry some of the order...You guys are behaving as if your KFC is best...I was hungry that is why I ordered the food... KFC @ 5040 Cherokee St is much better.. pity they don't weren't able to deliver...You shouldn't even get a start you are lucky because i have to select one to post...

We recently moved to this area. The food is good when you can get it! I understand the difficulty obtaining staff but you need the pay better! I keep trying to go through drive through with extreme wait times of > 30 minutes. Last night we got close to the window. Staff all disappeared. We sat for 10 min waiting for the car in front of us to be served. We left at that point.

I ordered from Taco Bell, received the wrong order twice. I will not return. I ordered the Taco Party Pack (6 hard ( Doritos flavor ) and 6 soft. All supreme no tomatoes because my boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes but that's not what we received. We received 1st all regular tacos. Second time we received 4 hard( Doritos flavor) and the rest were Bean burritos with tomatoes. So, disappointing.

Always, ALWAYS, check your bag AND if you have a receipt before leaving!!! Most, if not ALL the times we go to the drive through, we are missing 1-3 items due to their lack of attention especially when you order from both restaurants. In total I'd say me and my family that does order have lost in total $100-200 in the past 2 years from missing mac and cheese, biscuits, tenders, fries, tacos, gorditas, etc. And it is too late to go back to ask for the bought item and useless if you were not given a receipt at all. We lost a whole crunch wrap supreme MEAL today because they weren't paying attention, and it was not at all busy so that cannot be a reason to not pay attention.

Ive came here multiple times as a customer and now i only come as grubhub driver. Then and even now the customer service is always horrible. Its always the same guy Stangard. He never speaks aloud when i ask his name and he's always rude and mumbles and i have to ask multiple times what hes saying and he always gives me so much attitude. today i was asking him to simply get the managers attention for me when he said “well obviously as you can see shes busy right now so i have to go see if i can get her attention and what not” and when i asked for the grubhub order i have he said “im working on it just wait” rolled his eyes and then walked away🤬

I had to repeat my order 3x and they still got it wrong. Rude at the window, long wait times, no accommodations at all… I’m patient when it comes to customer service, but that was awful. I only went to this KFC cause the nearest one got even worse reviews. Disappointing, cause KFC used to be my favorite and now I’m not going back.

The food is always fresh!!!! I love eating these chicken sandwiches they are on point every time! The customer service is AMAZING!!!! Lisa is one of the GREATEST managers ever!!! she is a servant leader, she takes care of her customers and employees. When I go there after makes me feel very comfortable knowing that I will get the best services and food ever! She AMAZING! Thia is the reason I stay coming back weekly!!
