Arby's

Hey I love this location Monday through Friday something about Sunday . the young black man manager they're already have food pre-prepared it is not hot. people are spending their hard-earned money they already cooked food and let it sit and serve it like it fresh, it's not always about how fast service some people wait for fresh. even though I love it any other day but I know not to go Sundays don't even be crowded people pay for what they want. Not 4 cold food. Unacceptable

Consistently incorrect closing times. At the time of wiritng, the closing time is listed as midnight on Google Maps. The store closed at 11pm on Friday. I have spoken with the staff and management, and reported the schedule inaccuracies here on Google, to no avail. The franchise owner needs to ensure the hours are accurate. In the time it took me to speak with the staff inside cleaning up, there was a line of 4 cars behind me. It is incredibly frustrating. Edit: Response from Arby's is to call before you get fast food. My response is to have your franchise owners and managers keep the schedule in sync with your listing here. Either Arby's gives the franchise control of this listing and obligates them to update it, or communicate with them better. I don't care which.

I love this location they have a lady that does the drinks and she is the most pleasant person I have ever met I was actually having a bad day one day and she came to the window and told me to keep my chin up that things were going to get better and that just made my day the service is excellent there the order is always correct I've never had a problem at this location

Went to drive thru at the Arbys in Acworth, Ga on Cowan Road Lady comes over the intercom and says that they are not taking any more orders at this time {10:20p) - asked about milkshakes, no response. Drove around, hours stated lobby closed at 10pm - drive theu open til 12:00a. Went back to drive thru, lady came on and stated “not taking any orders at this time”. I asked what time drive theu closed…. She responded “online it says 12am, but we close at 11:00p and tonight it’s 10:30p” I replied. It’s 10:24p….can we not get milkshakes? She responded “no, that machine is being cleaned”. Very rude
