I’ve ordered four times from the location for my staff. Well, I’ve tried to order. Every single time I’ve gotten an email 30-40 minutes later telling me they can’t fill the order. I’m not sure why it is so difficult to have pretzels made and ready to deliver. So Jim’s Pretzels to the rescue again. It’s sad because we just want to support local businesses but it’s impossible.

My first experience with this location, I normally use the Grant Ave or Frankford Ave stores, this store was close to turnpike. I purchased a rivet, mini cheese Steak tray for a party. My expectation was the cheese steaks would taste like the Philly stores. How wrong I was, little to no cheese steak inside, bland taste, a disappointment and embarrassment.

Same great pretzels . I love this location most of all . They’re so friendly here. I mean really really polite . They have great teamwork and do a good job quickly . Thanks again we love our cheat day .

Delicious pretzels at unbeatable prices! The dips they give you with the pretzels are very good, especially the cinnamon one. 25 pretzels and a bottle of mustard for $12 is a very good deal. The only complaint I have is the wait, it took about 10 minutes for the person in front of my to get cashed out, then another 10 for me.

This location was only filling previous orders and were not selling to walk in customer's...what a shame.

Very skimpy with the large dip cups. Your better off buying a couple small ones. The employee did not try to help with a solution to the complaint. Just blew me off with "Oh really?"
