Long John Silver's

We typically always choose to go to this Long John location but after tonight we will NEVER return. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with ANY fast food. To start it off, the older lady working the register was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. Second, as she was taking our order we felt rushed and she was being short and rude. You could tell she didn't care nor did she want to be there. Continuing on after waiting for food, the floor has puddle so water and it is trashy on the floor. She brings our food and then sits behind us on her phone talked loudly and obnoxiously. What "manager" talks on their phone on the clock? Then as we are eating the food tastes SUPER fishy and old. It was disgusting. The fries were cold and hard and the slaw was brown. Worst food ever. Worst experience ever. Definitely do not recommend .

I think Long Johns has better food but I will be going to Captain D’s from now on. I pulled up to the drive through at 9:30 (they close at 10) and sat there for over ten minutes unassisted. I finally gave up and went inside. Once inside I was informed that the registers were closed and that I needed to go through the drive through. I told the lady I had been sitting in the drive through before I came inside. I will spend my money somewhere where it’s appreciated a little more. I will be calling the regional office tomorrow to see if they care any more than this manager did.

We went for the all u can eat fish/chicken on Sunday, we ordered got our drinks, a table & waited. They finally ask Chris what he was waiting on, I saw the girl lay our receipt down when we ordered so apparently they had no idea what we or the guy in front of us got, we finally get our plates, it was ok, the food seemed cold to me, but we got another plate of chicken & fries & it was hot, the service was slow & people waiting on their food was the only bad things I saw but we hadn't ate at LJS in several years so it was overall something different to eat.

There isn’t very much positive I can say about this particular Long John’s. The wait for food is very long. The staff seem unhappy. The food hasn’t changed in years. It’s so greasy I get a stomach ache every time. I don’t dine here often for that very reason. The interior was updated a few years back, that’s the only positive I can say. I would love to see it thrive and do better.
