Wendy's

I stop here just about every morning on my way to work. I always get the same thing.. large order(s) of seasoned potatoes and ranch packets. The morning crew is always super nice and accurate. Today, specifically, was beyond exceptional. This morning, both the lady at the first window and the man at the second window, made me feel so welcome. Not just the standard drive-thru "here's your food and go." They were so personable and had the brightest smiles. I needed that today.

Come in for lunch right around noon today. There was a younger lady who was running the register and taking orders. The line was busy but not excruciatingly long. Anyone could tell she was new to the job but at the very least she was trying and there was nothing wrong with that. However, her direct manager was talking to her with disrespect. Demanding actions and criticizing her in a manner that was to be used for a learning experience for her. The food came out quick but at the level of discomfort it gave me as a consumer for the girl I'm surprised anyone is working there. Overall the food tasted fresh and inside was clean, but the overall experience is was gives this review a low overall star. I'll give another chance on my next visit to change my review.

I like Wendy's food is gr8 hot always made to order. It's some of the employees that makes bad! All the men working there r nice polite very respectful. But most of the women r rude, short, very disrespectful and act like it kills them to take an order or hand out food thru drive thru. I've even had a girl slam drive thru window n my face as I was askin a question! There one older lady there and she's sweet as can b will go outta her way make sure customers are satisfied.
