Fast service on a Monday morning at 9:15. Unfortunately this was not the quality of food we have experienced at other Bojangles. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The biscuit was flat like it had been wrapped up for a while and kept warm under a heat lamp. We specifically stopped here because we expected hot, juicy chicken …. If chicken is your specialty, you should strive to live up to customer expectations!

Ask for a cajun sandwich 3 times the laugh and giggle and go around the corner. Then give us our order! This is what they gave us! After waiting 10 mins!! Worste Bojangles this is 3 bad experience here will not be back!!!

They don't know the difference between country ham egg and cheese and stick you with 2 bacon egg and cheese yet still charge you for ham! Check your food before you leave the drive thru because they depend on you being in such a hurry that you won't. It CAN'T be that hard to know the difference!! If they sneak this on every other or every couple customers somebodys making some extra money! Wouldn't you know it, no name on the ticket so no one takes accountability.. Maybe some of them need to go back to BoSkoo!!

Ordered ahead as sign beside store requested to save time pulled into parking spot waited 10 minutes wasn’t brought out after I checked in, tried to go to door and was closed and had to go through the drive through this not saving anytime and making my step daughter have to take her daily medication late. Unacceptable, will be going to Bristol store in the future where the service is better and the southern style chicken biscuit is still served

Chicken strips were uniformly square like zucchini..no taste to them. Made me doubt they were really chicken. Fries were cold and hard and biscuit was flat. If I didn't live out of town, I'd ask for a refund. Don't waste your money here.

This is the pinnacle of incompetence in fast food chains in America. I went through and ordered four combos this morning, but only received about half of my order. They completely left off one sandwich and left off one side I specifically requested. This was an overpriced mistake. I will not be returning.

Family pack is a great deal. It fed two adults and two hungry teens nicely. It even included a half gallon of a beverage--in our case sweet tea. Only downside is that the biscuits didn't come with anything to put on them.
Not very official timing, but we got through the song "Mr. Bojangles" almost three times from order to pickup while waiting in line. Our teens thought playing this song was hilarious; the person who served us simply thought it was "clever."

The manager would not address health issues. Alled the police when my wife brought up the employees did not change gloves after handling money,boxes etc. I am a 21 year Marine disabled veteran. I was refused service over this ordeal
