So first of all, I tried to order a cheddar chalupa box through the drive thru. I was informed I would have to order it though the mobile app to get it. The drive thru was very busy so i spent a total of 30 minutes waiting for food because I had to drive thru twice. I also got the Doritos taco pictured...... My question is wheres the beef?

We realize there is a staffing shortage. If that's why only the drive-thru, that's fine. However, when we got to the window to pay and get our food, the young woman working the window was extremely rude. My husband was nice to her but she gave him a drop-dead look. We travel theough the area often, but we won't stop there anymore.

Everytime I come 30 mins before breakfast ends they don't have any eggs left. Like how long does it take to make eggs if there's 30 mins left for breakfast. It makes no sense at all are the employees lazy or just don't want to do it.

The last 2 times I’ve been thru the drive thru the same extremely rude lady is taking orders audibly huffing when asked for a simple modification both times first time when I asked for sauce she once again huffed and slung my food on the counter while rolling her eyes this time once again extremely rude huffing over her headset after being asked for a soft shell instead of hard truly makes me avoid the place at all costs I would rather pay extra and have it delivered then have this employee act like the world is ending when asked for simple things

My boss is addicted to their breakfast sausage crunch wraps, so I pick one up for her 3-4 times a week. Friendly, fast service, always!

I haven't been to Taco Bell in years. The guy who took my order was friendly and professional. Order was prepared promptly and was tasty. Restrooms were clean.

Worse food I have ever received from here.. Service was terrible. Food wasn't any better. A total waste of money. The managment staff needs to look at the staff working there
As a former assistant manager for this company, this was not acceptable.
